I believe that genuine relational connection is at the heart of meaningful healing. In my work as a therapist, I strive to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and encouraged to explore your inner world with honesty and compassion. My goal is to build a therapeutic relationship that feels safe, collaborative, and deeply human.
I work with adults and teens, supporting individuals who are navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationship stress, and patterns that feel difficult to break. I understand that each person’s story is unique, and I tailor therapy to meet your specific needs, pace, and goals.
My approach integrates EMDR, somatic psychology, parts work, and other evidence-based modalities to support deep and lasting change. I value a whole-person perspective, helping you connect with your mind, body, and internal system so you can move toward greater clarity, regulation, and resilience.
I am passionate about helping people build healthier relationships—with themselves and with those around them. Whether you’re seeking relief from past experiences, wanting to understand yourself more fully, or hoping to create new ways of coping and connecting, I’m here to walk alongside you with authenticity, curiosity, and respect.
Outside of my work, I find joy in spending time with my husband and kids, going on walks, listening to audiobooks, and connecting with friends. These parts of my life keep me grounded and remind me of the importance of balance, presence, and meaningful relationships—values I bring into the therapy room as well.
I am a firm believer that ‘your story matters’. I am passionate about seeing individuals find wellness and freedom from the inside out. I understand the value and privilege of listening and consider myself a confidant, advocate, and resource. I highly value connection, authenticity, bravery, and compassion.
